About the pattern

Mathilda Dress is worked from the top down. First, an i-cord tie is worked at the back of the neck, then the stitches for the yoke are picked up along the i-cord. The front and back are worked in texture pattern while raglan increases are made. The pattern includes separate charts for each size. The sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch without decreases and finished with an i-cord edge. The yoke and skirt are separated by an i-cord tie, which is worked at the end. The skirt is worked in the round in stockinette stitch. We recommend using The Icorder from Based Design to make the ties and bind off using an i-cord in this pattern!

The pattern includes instructions for both long and short sleeves. Please note that the stated yarn quantities are for the long-sleeved version.
